What happens inside a Mormon temple?

Reflection

Within the sacred walls of the temple, we find patterns and covenants that echo through eternity. It is a place where the veil between the mortal and the divine grows thin, and we are taught of God’s eternal plan. Here, we learn more about our divine heritage and the precious relationship we may have with our Heavenly Father and His Son, Jesus Christ. It is a place of profound spiritual learning and commitment.

The temple is a sanctuary of peace, a house of the Lord, set apart from the world. Here, we are reminded of the eternal nature of families and the sealing power that binds us together, not just for this life, but for all eternity. It is a place where we can receive strength, guidance, and a deeper understanding of our divine purpose, preparing us to return to our Heavenly Father.
