why are christians so judgemental?

Reflection

It can seem that way, can't it? When we see actions that appear harsh or unloving, it can cause us to question the heart of faith. The scriptures, however, speak of a different spirit, one rooted in compassion and understanding. They remind us that judgment belongs to the Divine, and that we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves. This love calls us to look beyond outward actions and to seek the truth that resides within each soul, extending grace and mercy, just as we ourselves have been shown.

We are all, in our human journey, prone to stumbling and falling short. The call to follow the path of Christ is a call to humility, recognizing our own imperfections and the constant need for forgiveness. It is through this understanding that we are better equipped to extend understanding to others, remembering the words spoken about looking after our own faults before pointing out those of another.
